Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our returns warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unwashed and uncut hair in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
